In my last publication I was able to address who a pregnant individual is, which I said; a pregnant individual is someone that is pregnant with destiny, dreams and purpose, one that has conceived and envisioned the future. The pregnant individual is a purposeful individual, one that sees what he/she is created to be, one that sees a glorious future and does not want anything to cut it short. While writing the write-up I was also inspired to write on process of becoming a pregnant individual. Because not everyone is pregnant and some are still struggling to get one. Note I won't be using ladies or women to buttress my point this evening because not all our audience are biology students and I don't want to reveal the mystery behind how our parents gave birth to us, moreover there are different ways of getting pregnant, but I would be revealing how I personally got pregnant of different visions, goals and ideas.
Dear relevant youths and young adults,
Are you struggling to get pregnant? Are you frustrated, or feeling angry for not being able to conceive despite all your efforts?
If you answered yes, then let me tell you that I know exactly how you feel, because I personally had gone through the same experience years ago.
I have battled with my so called infertility for more than a decade until I finally found the cure and easiest way to get pregnant, which gave me the privilege to also address it. So I'm going to list some of the ways that really helped me to get pregnant;
*Get a mentor who was once in your position*
Find someone you want to be like, try to study the person because most great things are caught not taught, and try to make relationship with the fellow so as to be like him
*Determine your life goals*
Ask yourself some important questions about what you want for your life. What do you want to achieve: today, in a year, in your lifetime? The answers to this question can be as general as "I want to make impacts,"I want to be celebrated" or "I want to help people", just as I got the goal to motivate relevant youths and young adults.Consider what you hope to attain 1,5,10, 15, or 20 years from now.
Break it down into smaller and more specific goals.
Consider areas of your life that you either want to change or that you feel you would like to develop with time. Areas might include: business, career, finances, family, education, ministry or health. Begin to ask yourself questions about what you'd like to achieve in each area and how you would like to approach it within a five year time frame.
*Write goals for the short term.*
Now that you know roughly what you want to accomplish within a few years, make concrete goals for yourself to begin working on now.
Give yourself a deadline within a reasonable time frame which must not be more than a year for short-term goals, just as MOREYOU PALACE has written theirs, which is to build a network of 500 relevant and successful youths with trackable positive impact across Nigeria by December 2021.
Make your goals smaller steps that move you towards larger life goals.
Essentially, you need to decide why you're setting this goal for yourself and what it will accomplish.
Some good questions to ask yourself when figuring this out are: does it seem important to spend time, efforts and money on? Is now the right time for this? Does this match my needs and others needs?
*Keep progressing*
Asking your mentor to keep you on track can help you stay focused, having a friend to regularly meet up with and work out with can keep you on track with your progress. Also checking in with yourself and acknowledging the progress made towards a certain goal is key to staying motivated. It may even encourage you to work harder.
*Assess your goals*
Acknowledge when you have reached goals and allow yourself to celebrate accordingly. Take this time to assess the goal process—from inception to completion. Consider if you were happy with the time frame, your skill set, or if the goal was reasonable.
.
*Finally Keep setting goals.*
Once you have achieved goals,I know you will want to continue to grow and set new goals for yourself.
