Writing season

(Mystery behind penning down)

Written by Samuel Fadodun

Recently i received the vision to write an amazing writeup. I had everything on my head which i planned to write for this week,as i started writing i couldn't remember how and what i planned on writing, then i started blaming myself for not jotting down immediately i got the vision.

Have you ever found yourself in my shoes or have you ever had a great idea? Ever woken up to have something on your mind you knew was great, but because you were so busy, you didn't have time to write it down? Did it happen that when you tried to write it down later in the day it seemed that the thought or vision disappeared?

A wise one once said "The shortest pencil is better than the longest memory. Now i believe it with a bitter lesson and experience.

Thoughts can change things when they are implemented. One of the first steps you should do is write it down as soon as possible. Don't delay!Don't wait till later. I can't count how many times i began my day with what i thought was an incredible idea or vision, but never wrote it down. If it is not written,it does not come to pass. If it's not written down, we can't make blueprints or see what it can become. Writing the vision down starts bringing it to life. I will like to share two bible verses that show the importance of having a vision.

Write the vision.

Writing down the vision is a timeless principle. Habakkuk 2:2 (MEV) says,"And the lord answered me:Write the vision, and make it plain on tablets, that he who reads it may run." When it is written down and then implemented, those we lead can 'run' with it and we will see it succeed. A clear process begins to develop as it is made plain.

Keep teaching the vision.

Proverbs 29:18 says,"Where there is no vision the people perish, but happy is he who keeps the teaching." After the vision is made plain, it is to be continually shared and taught to people as it grows, becoming reality. Your vision may be a business idea, a strategy to enhance  your speciality or an approach to working with others. It could be a potential book or manual, a side business for you to create wealth and more jobs. When the vision or thoughts are written down, they begin to solidify. The vision written down helps us start making a path or business plan we can accomplish.  If we don't write down the vision, then we easily forget it. But when it's written down, we begin to walk in the reward of its success. When it becomes a success not only are we positively affected, but other people's lives are  changing for the better. All because we wrote the vision down and ran with it.

My dear readers, please write that vision down, get up and start doing it before it disappears like mine did. Write it down and act on it. Don't trust your brain to hold it down,it may not produce it when need be.

So,the next time you have a great thought or idea, write it down and let us know how you ran with it and yielded success.
